The registered provider and owner of Foel Farm Residential Care Home is Mrs Janet Spencer. Additionally, please note that nursing care is not provided at our residential care home. We specialise in nursing and personal care 24 hours a day, and also provide respite care. However, the residential care home is no longer registered with the Care Quality Commission and was under special measures, which is when providers fall short of acceptable standards, as of 2019 at their last inspection.
